Running consulting, training, and product development under one roof sounded efficient on paper. In practice, it forced a discipline we didn't fully anticipate: every arm has to justify its own existence on its own terms.
The upside has been real, though — insight from one arm consistently sharpens the others in ways a single-focus company would never see.
